Pregnancy planning strategies are key to help have healthy babies.  Pregnancy planning can help mothers in many areas of childbirth that they might not consider.  For example, pregnancy planning strategies help a woman to conceive with less difficulty, have a happier baby, have a healthier baby, reduce the complications of pregnancy, have an easier recovery, and minimize postpartum distress.

Your environment at work and at home has a direct impact on your ability to conceive and to have a good, healthy childbirth.  Explore the physical and emotional environments of work and home and learn how to adapt them to be most beneficial to your conception and childbirth process.

Becoming and remaining physically fit should be a central issue in your pregnancy planning strategy.  You want to be as healthy as possible when attempting to conceive and when giving birth.  It is simple, common sense.
